About geist: 

I am a non-classically trained fine art photographer with a decade and a half of shooting experience. I create imagery with a combination of vintage film lenses and digital backs. I believe that the camera and lens must form a conceptual paradigm beyond what can be expected from using only modern gear. By reaching back into the history of photographic optics I am able to create imagery which fulfills my artistic, pictorialist vision.
